EP Conference

The EP conference will be a stimulation of an AIESEC conference. This will be held to induct the interns in a way which will help them relate to and understand the functioning of AIESEC as an organization. This conference will be a one day affair including simulation of the local committees-Fictitious local committees. The main purpose of this conference is to treat the EPs as new recruits and to instill in them the understanding of the AIESEC way. This conference will be one of themost important events as it shall include expectation and goal setting, LEAD sessions and working inputs which will set the base for the entire project.

MUN

• Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation and academic competition in which students learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. We aim to recreate this in the university and have the interns represent the countries that they come from. This will result in a true cross cultural learning experience and will present situations in more than one perspective. We expect to hold this in the second week of the project.

Youth Empowerment Summit

• Youth empowerment session will be delivered by Mr. Nirav Shah who is the founder of “WAKE UP TO DREAM” organisation which works for youth and thus this session is conducted to equip the interns from different countries as well as the students of the city who will be attending it with life skills. This session will help shed some light on what their goals in life are. It will be held at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University and around 200

young students including interns will be attending it. The basic motto of this session will be to explain the students, need of empowerment as well as to have their whole life plan at the end of the session. The session will be of three hours including workshop.
